Clifford Okembo is currently the director and founder of Clifford Geo-Consult Limited. He works as a Chief Consultant in GIS, Remote Sensing and Land Administration. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer at Esri Eastern Africa, with more than ten years of experience, providing and developing solutions for different Industry sectors based on the ArcGIS platform and other partner solutions. Mr Okembo is a PhD candidate at the University of Twente, focusing on Land Administration. He holds an MSc GIS degree from Redlands University in California USA and an Undergraduate of B.A Geography from Moi University Kenya. 

He has experience working in the Eastern Africa region with various organizations on how to modernize operations which bring about efficiency in production and Return on Investment (RoI) using Geospatial technology. He represented Esri Eastern Africa is the Sustainable Development Goal’s (SDG) forums, Two Technical Standards Committees at the Kenya Bureau of Standards for GIS and e-Learning, and takes leadership role technical engagements for both pre and post-sale. He is also the pioneer and founder of Geospatial Society of Kenya (GeoSK). As part of giving back to the community, Clifford serves in the Boards of Management of William Booth Bar-Kawarinda Secondary school in Kisumu County, Kajiado Adventist School and Rescue Center in Kajiado County as the chairman.
